StepsIMPORTANT NOTE: Server log files are stored locally on each server. The following process may need to be repeated on each server if your MokaFive deployment is using separate server hosts for the MokaFive Management Server, MokaFive Image Store Server and/or MokaFive Gateway Server.
Use either of the listed methods to obtain the server logs.
Method 1

Log into the MokaFive Server at https://<MokaFive Server>\iconfig using the bootstrap admin account, where <MokaFive Server> is the name of your server.

Under the General tab, click on Logs

Click the [All] button to download a zip file containing all the available logs from the server –OR- Click the [Last 7 days] button to download a zip file containing the last 7 days of logs
Method 2

Gain administrative access to the MokaFive server where you can access the local folders and files.

Navigate to the MokaFive server logs folder for the MokaFive server. The folder is named “logs” in the server home installation directory. (If you picked the default installation location during the server install, the logs folder should be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\MokaFive\logs)

Create a zip archive file containing the entire MokaFive Server logs folder. E.g. Right click on the logs folder from Explorer and from the context menu that opens, select Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder
