Today's Distro of the Day is EDU-Nix 3.1. EDU-Nix is a Linux distribution that aims to provide public schools with Open Source alternatives to expensive proprietary software products. It attempts to bridge the digital divide by allowing all students access to the same software they use at school.
June 11 Distro of the Day: Dreamlinux 2.2MM
Today's Distro of the Day is Dreamlinux 2.2MM. Dreamlinux is a Brazilian distribution based on Debian, Knoppix and Morphix. (Don't worry, along with Brazilian Portuguese, it supports English and a slew of other languages.) Dreamlinux uses the zippy XFCE window manager and has taken quite a few cues from Mac OS X, from the application panel at the bottom of the screen to the round button style.
June 10 Distro of the Day: OO2Go+
Today's Distro of the Day is OO2Go+, which stands for OpenOffice on the Go. This also includes the Evolution email client, in case you aren't a fan of webmail.
Take your web browser, instant messenger, and office suite along with you anywhere. This customized extension of the Virtual Gentoo 2006.1 LivePC allows to have the tools you need to communicate where ever you are (and whoever's DeadPC you are using).
June 9 Distro of the Day: Pocket Democracy
Today's Distro of the Day is Pocket Democracy. Pocket Democracy contains the Democracy Player, a free player that allows you to subscribe to video RSS "channels" and automatically download new content using peer-to-peer technology. All your downloaded video files are stored in the shared documents folder for easy access.

Today's Distro of the Day is BackTrack 2. BackTrack is a highly rated Linux distribution focused on penetration testing. BackTrack consists of more than 300 different up-to-date tools, all preconfigured and optimized to be used by security penetration testers.

Today's Distro of the Day is Zenwalk Linux 4.6.1. Zenwalk is a rational and easy-to-use GNU/Linux operating system, designed to provide the following characteristics:

June 6 Distro of the Day: Ubuntu Christian Edition 3.2
Today's Distro of the Day is Ubuntu Christian Edition 3.2. Ubuntu Christian Edition is a version of Ubuntu 7.04 geared towards Christians. It is kid-safe with parental controls and includes Bible study software. One nice thing about this LivePC is that because it is based on Ubuntu, if you have subscribed to Ubuntu in the past you will only need to download and install the differences, so this will download very fast.
June 5 Distro of the Day: Haiku OS
Today's Distro of the Day is Haiku OS. Haiku OS is based on BeOS, an old (but very ahead-of-its-time) operating system that ran on the BeBox. The BeBox is no more, but the BeOS operating system lives on as open source.
June 4 Distro of the Day: Grafpup 2.00
The Distro of the Day for June 4th is Grafpup 2.00. Grafpup is a compact distribution loosely based on Puppy Linux made for graphic artists and other imaging professionals. It includes the major graphics applications like Gimp and Inkscape, along with a variety of support programs and extra features. Despite this, the distro maintains its small size - the complete LivePC is under 150MB!
June 3 Distro of the Day: PCLinuxOS 2007
The Distro of the Day for June 3rd is PCLinuxOS 2007, finally released less than two weeks ago. PCLinuxOS has the goal of making Linux "radically simple". It has an elegant, refined look that is professional-looking yet still comfortable.
