About Moka5
Moka5 was founded, in 2005, by a group of PhDs from Stanford University and their professor, Dr. Monica Lam. The vision of Moka5 is to fundamentally improve the way you interact with personal computing and other technology in your life. Moka5 is about freedom computing: to bring freedom to your computing life by making it easy, safe and available anywhere. Our Moka5 platform enables our partners to deliver solutions and services that offer freedom from hardware, freedom from spyware, freedom to carry your computing environment as you wish and the freedom to choose the operating system, application and content that is right for you.
Moka5 is passionate about delivering a worry-free computing experience for consumers and small businesses. Users can have their computers automatically maintained and updated, as Moka5's exclusive LivePC technology will handle all updates and maintenance while providing a safe environment with no viruses, spyware, system updates, security patches, or compatibility issues to worry about. Using Moka5, our vision is that people will be able to carry their computing life on a USB drive, iPod, cell phone or other portable storage device so they can use their computing environment on the go.
