Senior Product Manager
moka5 is looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Product Manager to join our high-powered team. We are a well-funded Silicon Valley startup creating the next generation of desktop virtualization products. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the produce lifecycle. This will include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager's role will also include ensuring that the product supports moka5's overall strategy and goals.
The primary responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRD's and PRD's with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Act as a leader within the company
Requirements/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background, with experience in consumer and small business applications
- Design sensibility with focus on user experience
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must engage with customers on a regular basis
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
